Admissions:

 For surgeries and procedures:        

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, patients are admitted to the clinic between 6:00 and 6:30 AM for surgery and procedure appointments.  On Fridays patients scheduled for a surgery or procedures are admitted to the clinic between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM.   Our receptionist will make sure all paperwork is completed and signed, and answer your questions.  The technician will call when the surgery or procedure is finished to give an update on your pet's health and inform you when the pet can go home.  The technician will discharge your four-legged family member to you with instructions from the doctor for care at home.

For grooming appointments:

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, pets for grooming are admitted to the clinic between 7:00 and 8:30 AM.  On Thursdays and Fridays, grooming drop-offs are scheduled from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. 

For medical appointments:

Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time is preferred to allow time for any necessary paperwork to be completed.  A receptionist will greet you and get your family member checked in.  An OPN (out patient nurse) will go over any health related problems, conditions or vaccine protocol with you and inform the doctor of your needs and concerns.  After the appointment has concluded, our reception staff will prepare your invoice and schedule any further appointments.
